Specialty dishes include “Aranda” style lamb and “Segovian” style roast piglet all spit roasted in a traditional wood fired oven. The menu at El Abuelo also offers an excellent selection of Salamanca cured meat and Burgos black pudding and a special tasting menu is available for those with refined palates.
